摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法和比较研究法,对李亦畲《弹弓谱》与清代佚名《弹弓谱》进行研究,对其中记述的弹弓和弹丸的选择、发力技巧、站位身法进行分析。研究发现,李亦畲在清代佚名《弹弓谱》的基础上,整合了技法目次,融入了武术要领,彰显了体态协调的审美价值,集古代弹弓技法之大成,研究李亦畲的《弹弓谱》在当代具有保护与传承民族传统体育文化的作用,可以提升文化认同与身份认同,体现弹弓体育与娱乐价值等多方面的意义,同时,深入推广高校开设弹弓课程可以使弹弓文化在当代社会焕发新的活力,对我国非物质文化遗产的保护与传承产生较大作用。This paper adopts the method of literature and comparative research.Based on the comparison between Li Yishe's Slingshot Spectrum and anonymous Slingshot Spectrum in Qing Dynasty,this paper analyzes the selection of slingshot and projectile,the power generation skills and the method of standing position.The study found that Li Yishe in the Qing Dynasty anonymous Slingshot Spectrum on the basis of the integration of skills,into the essentials of Wushu,highlighting the body coordination of the aesthetic value,set the ancient slingshot techniques.The study of Li Yishe's Slingshot Spectrum Music is of great significance in protecting and inheriting traditional culture,promoting cultural identity and identity,and exerting the value of slingshot sports and entertainment.At the same time,further promotion of slingshot courses in colleges and universities can make slingshot culture glow with new vitality in contemporary society,and play a great role in the protection and inheritance of China's intangible cultural heritage.
