摘  要:文章通过文献综述法总结目前监控运动性疲劳常用血液生化指标的应用研究进展,并从训练实践出发提出研究展望,为提高运动性疲劳监控质量和水平提供理论依据及方法参考。目前,运动训练中主要以血液生化指标为运动性疲劳的主要监控手段,这些指标能从不同方面监控运动员的身体机能状态和运动性疲劳的发生,对提高训练质量和运动表现起到重要作用,但是这些指标在实际应用中也存在一定的局限性,如,个体差异性大、非训练因素影响大、测试烦琐等。针对这些问题,应从建立评价运动员运动性疲劳生化指标的个体化标准及数据库、将生化监控指标与无创性监测指标相结合使用以及依托科技力量研制便捷式血液生化指标监测仪器等方面加强研究,以提高运动性疲劳监控工作的质量和水平。This study summarized the current application research progress of common blood biochemical indicators for monitoring exercise fatigue through literature review,and proposed research prospects from training practice,providing theoretical basis and methodological reference for improving the quality and level of monitoring exercise fatigue.At present,blood biochemical indicators are mainly used as the main monitoring means for exercise-induced fatigue in sports training.These indicators can monitor athletes'physical function status and the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue from different aspects,and play an important role in improving training quality and sports performance.However,these indicators also have certain limitations in practical application.For example,the individual difference is large,the influence of non-training factors is large,and the test is cumbersome.In order to improve the quality and level of sports fatigue monitoring,we should establish individualized standard and database for evaluating the biochemical indicators of sports fatigue,combine biochemical monitoring indicators with non-invasive monitoring indicators,and develop portable blood biochemical monitoring instruments relying on scientific and technological strength.
