摘 要:本文对比了水轮机绝对效率测定方法的差异,根据右江百色水利枢纽的布置特点和流道尺寸,选择了合适的测量断面,设计了分部吊装式的测量支架,对4台水轮机开展了基于流速仪法的绝对流量和效率的测定。测试结果标定的蜗壳压差测流系数,为实现电站发电流量的实时准确监测提供了计算依据。实测得到的不同水头下的4台机组水轮机效率特性曲线,为优化机组调度运行、节约电站发电耗水、提升发电效率提供了数据支撑。This paper compares the differences in various methods for measuring the absolute efficiency of hydroturbines.Based on the layout characteristics and flow passage dimensions of the Baise Hydroproject on the Youjiang River,appropriate measurement sections were selected and segmented lifing-type measuring brackets were designed to determine the absolute discharge and efficiency of 4 hydroturbines using the current meter method.The discharge measuring coefficient derived from the volute pressure difference,calibrated by the test results,offers a calculation basis for the real-time and accurate monitoring of power generation discharge in hydropower plants.The measured turbine efficiency characteristic curves of 4 generators at different heads provide data support for optimizing generator dispatching and operation,conserving water consumption in power generation of hydroelectric plants,and improving power generation efficiency.
