摘 要:基于数字孪生技术,结合水电机组数字孪生系统总体框架构想,提出水轮机调速系统应用框架,用以解决调速系统在感知、建模、知识库方面缺陷,加速水电站核心控制系统智能化进程。并针对调速系统应用框架,详细划分了水电机组调速器数字孪生系统的物理层、感知层、传输层、虚拟层、应用层,设计了水电站调速器数字孪生系统功能模块,具体包含了:数据服务、模型服务、数字孪生服务、知识服务、高级应用等,为水电站数字孪生系统建设提供通用解决方案。This paper introduces an application framework for the hydroturbine speed governing system,grounded in digital twin technology and an overall framework concept for a digital twin system for hydroelectric generators.The proposed framework aims to address the shortcomings of current speed governing systems in areas such as perception,modeling,and knowledge base while accelerating the intelligent evolution of the core control systems within hydropower plants.In the context of the application framework of the speed governing system,the digital twin system for hydroelectric generator governors is divided into five layers:the physicai layer,perception layer,transmission layer,virtual iayer,and application layer.Additionally,functional modules are designed for the digital twin system of hydropower plant governors,which include data service,model service,digital twin service,knowledge service,and advanced application.This framework offers a general solution for constructing digital twin systems in hydropower plants.
