摘  要:通过显微组织观察、拉伸和冲击试验、硬度测试、摩擦磨损试验等研究正火及调质处理后CrNiMoV低碳合金钢的力学性能及耐磨性.结果表明:25MnCrNiMo钢锻件正火后获得粒状贝氏体、板条贝氏体及部分准多边形铁素体组织,正火及调质处理后得到具有马氏体位向的回火索氏体,其中铁素体板条间距较小;其抗拉强度、屈服强度、室温冲击吸收功分别为1251.8 MPa、1153.9 MPa、132.4 J.该试样干摩擦条件下磨损机制主要为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,且随着滑动速度的提升,磨损机制主要以氧化磨损为主,在载荷为125 N、滑动速度为25 mm/s条件下其摩擦系数为0.42、质量磨损率为0.23×10^(-6) g/(N·m).The mechanical properties and wear resistance of CrNiMoV low-carbon alloy steel,following normalizing and tempering treatments,were investigated through microstructural observation,tensile and impact tests,hardness measurement,and tribological experiments.The results indicated that the 25MnCrNiMo steel forgings exhibited granular bainite,lath bainite,and some quasi-polygonal ferrite structure following normalization.After undergoing both normalization and tempering treatments,a tempered sorbite with martensitic orientation was obtained,characterized by reduced interlamellar spacing of the ferrite phase.The measured ultimate tensile strength,yield strength,and room temperature impact absorption energy were 1251.8 MPa,1153.9 MPa and 132.4 J,respectively.Under dry friction conditions,the observed primary wear mechanisms included oxidative wear and abrasive wear,notably as the sliding speed increased,oxidative wear became predominant.At a load of 125 N and a sliding speed of 25 mm/s,the coefficients of friction and mass loss rate were recorded at 0.42 and 0.23×10^(-6) g/(N·m),respectively.
