摘　　要：习近平法治思想中的法治体系论具有丰富内涵,除法治体系结构论、法治体系特征论外,还包括用贯彻“依法治国”“基本方略”的合理结果、我国社会主义事业发展阶段提出的要求等支持的法治体系建设合理论;包含依法治国、依法执政、依法行政的“三‘依法’共同推进”,包含法治国家、法治政府、法治社会的“三‘法治’一体建设”,包含科学立法等的法治四进程“全面培育”三个方面的法治体系建设路径论;既是全面推进依法治国“总抓手”,又具有促进国家治理现代化功能的法治体系功能论;包含坚持中国共产党领导、坚持中国特色社会主义制度、贯彻中国特色社会主义法治理论“三品质”的法治体系品质论。The rule of law system theory of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law has rich connotation,in addition to the theory of the structure of the rule of law system,the rule of law system of characterization,but also has other rich connotations.These include legal system construction reasonable theory supported by the"rule of law"and the"basic strategy"and the requirements of the development stage of our socialist cause;path theory of coordinated promoting law-based governance,law-based State power,and law-based administration,building a law-based country,a law-based government and a law-based society in one body,scientific legislation and so on;function theory,which is not only the general starting point for comprehensively promoting the rule of law,but also has the function of promoting the modernization of national governance;quality theory,which includes upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China,upholding China's socialist system,and implementing China's socialist rule of law theory.
