摘　　要：《关于优化生育政策促进人口长期均衡发展的决定》提出“弘扬中华民族传统美德,尊重生育的社会价值,构建新型婚育文化”。生育文化作为中华文化基因之一,是中华民族得以延续的千年之计。传统婚姻为父母安排,根植于宗族制度,以家庭内外分工与女性角色定位为传承模式。传统生育文化呈现出以生育为家族义务、超越物质再生产的生育本位、尊崇母性生育价值,以及早婚早育的核心特征。面向未来,为应对低生育率时代,需要深入挖掘生育文化优秀基因以培养生育义务意识,坚守婚姻忠诚观与共育责任,重塑公众对生育价值的认识,完善生育政策以建设生育友好型社会。The Decision on Optimizing the Fertility Policy to Promote the Long-term Balanced Development of population proposed to"promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,respect the social value of fertility,and build a new type of marriage and childbearing culture".As one of the Chinese cultural genes,fertility culture is the plan for the continuation of the Chinese nation for thousands of years.The mode of marriage arrangement by parents was rooted in the clan system,the division of labor inside and outside the family and the positioning of female roles as the inheritance mode,the traditional Chinese fertility culture presents the core characteristics of fertility as family obligation,fertility standard beyond material reproduction,reverence for maternal fertility value,and early marriage and early childbearing.Facing the future,in order to cope with the era of low fertility rate,it is necessary to dig deeply into cultural genes to cultivate the consciousness of reproductive duty,adhere to the concept of marital loyalty and co-parenting responsibility,restoring public understanding of the value of reproduction,improve the birth policy to build a childbearing friendly society.
