新型女职业农民驱动乡村产业生态化发展机制研究——基于浙江省建德市钦堂乡王运的个案分析

摘　　要：基于嵌入理论,以浙江省建德市钦堂乡的新型女职业农民为例,总结新型女职业农民驱动乡村生态产业发展机制。研究发现,新型女职业农民通过“能力—结构—认知”三维嵌入机制驱动乡村生态产业发展。即凭借其卓越的能力和前瞻性视野,引领乡村产业从传统粮食种植向生态农业转型;通过资源整合与产业升级,为乡村产业提供了多方位的支持;深化村民对乡村发展的认知,激发村民参与乡村振兴的积极性;注重绿色转型和可持续发展,为乡村产业的长远发展奠定了基础。这一模式不仅为乡村振兴战略的实施提供了实践经验,也为新型女职业农民在乡村振兴中的作用发挥提供了启示。Based on the embedding theory,this paper takes Wang Yun,a new female professional farmer in Qintang Township,Jiande City,Zhejiang Province,as an example to summarize the mechanism of new female professional farmers driving the development of rural ecological industries.The study finds that new female professional farmers drive the development of rural ecological industries through a three-dimensional embedding mechanism of"ability-structure-cognition".That is,with their outstanding abilities and forward-looking vision,they lead the transformation of rural industries from traditional grain cultivation to ecological agriculture;through resource integration and industrial upgrading,they provide multifaceted support for rural industries;they deepen villagers'understanding of rural development and stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in rural revitalization;and they focus on green transformation and sustainable development,laying the foundation for the long-term development of rural industries.This model not only provides valuable practical experience for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also offers insights into the role of new female professional farmers in rural revitalization.
