摘  要:目的通过对照观察“空气负离子发生装置”在室内密闭环境中消杀和净化作用,探寻一种安全有效的环境消杀净化方法。方法选取2所学校、2所医院共24个场所,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别应用空气负离子发生装置和传统消毒方法进行消毒,对空气漂浮粒子密度、PM2.5、PM10测定,行环境空气及物表微生物培养,评价净化及消杀效果。统计比较两种环境呼吸系统疾病、不良反应发生情况,评价其对呼吸道传染病预防效果及安全性。结果观察组在各个时间点PM2.5、PM10均有降低,优于对照组,物表及空气细菌菌落不同程度减少,达到Ⅱ类及Ⅲ类环境的占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组新发呼吸系统患病率为16.38%(38/232),高于观察组的6.09%(14/230),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.249,P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为7.76%(18/232),观察组未发现不良反应,两组人员不良反应发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.893,P<0.05)。结论“空气负离子发生装置”可以净化室内密闭环境空气,杀灭病原微生物,减少呼吸系统疾病发生和传播,是一种安全、可靠,可人机共存的环境消毒措施。Objective A safe and effective method of environmental disinfection and purification was explored by comparing and observing the disinfection and purification effect of"air negative ion generator"in indoor closed environment.Methods A total of twenty-four places in two schools and two hospitals were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The air negative ion generation device and traditional disinfection method were used for disinfection,respectively.The air floating particle density,PM2.5 and PM10 were measured,and the ambient air and surface microbial culture was carried out to evaluate the purification and disinfection effect.The incidence of respiratory diseases,occurrence of adverse reactions in the two environments were statistically compared,and the preventive effect and safety of respiratory infectious diseases were evaluated.Results In the observation group,PM2.5 and PM10 decreased at each time point,which was better than that in the control group.The surface and air bacterial colonies decreased to varying degrees,and the proportion of ClassⅡand ClassⅢenvironments were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The control group had higher incidence of new respiratory system as 16.38%(38/232)than 6.09%(14/230)in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.249,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 7.76%(18/232),and no adverse reactions were found in the observation group.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=18.893,P<0.05).Conclusion The"air negative ion generating device"can purify the indoor closed ambient air,kill pathogenic microorganisms,and reduce the occurrence and spread of respiratory diseases.It is a safe,reliable,man-machine coexistence of environmental disinfection measures.
