摘 要:目的观察儿科应用护理绩效管理机制对提升护理质量和护理人员工作状态的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年8月竹溪县人民医院儿科的25名护理人员为研究对象,2023年1—10月实施常规护理管理(作为实施前),2023年11月—2024年8月实施护理绩效管理(作为实施后)。对比实施前后的护理质量、护理人员工作状态、护理不良事件发生情况。结果实施后的各项护理质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施后的各项工作状态评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施前共发生20件护理不良事件,实施后共发生9件护理不良事件,实施后护理不良事件发生次数减少。结论儿科应用护理绩效管理机制对提升护理质量和护理人员工作状态具有积极的作用,可减少护理不良事件的发生。Objective To observe the effect of applying nursing performance management mechanism in pediatrics on improving nursing quality and working status of nursing staff.Methods A total of twenty-five nursing staff in the Department of Pediatrics of Zhuxi County People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Routine nursing management was implemented from January to October 2023(as pre-implementation),and nursing performance management was implemented from November 2023 to August 2024(as post-implementation).The quality of nursing,the working status of nursing staff and the occurrence of adverse nursing events before and after implementation were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of all work status after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 20 adverse nursing events before implementation and 9 adverse nursing events after implementation,and the number of adverse nursing events decreased after implementation.Conclu⁃sion The application of nursing performance management mechanism in pediatrics has a positive effect on improving the quality of nursing and the working status of nursing staff,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
