持续质量改进对中药房药品管理改进效果探讨

摘　　要：目的评定中药房药品管理改进中运用持续质量改进的有效性。方法选取沂水县崔家峪镇中心卫生院17名中药房工作人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施传统管理(对照组),2023年7—12月实施持续质量改进(研究组),比较两组的药品管理不良事件发生情况、工作质量以及管理满意度。结果研究组发生2起药品管理不良事件,对照组发生11起药品管理不良事件。研究组的药品相关知识的掌握程度(92.63±2.13)分、自身责任意识(93.05±1.45)分、合理存放药物(94.23±1.48)分、调剂质量(92.64±2.63)分均高于对照组的(88.45±2.46)分、(85.65±2.46)分、(84.36±2.22)分、(85.98±3.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.296、10.684、15.252、6.204,P均<0.05)。研究组管理满意度高于对照组。结论中药房药品管理通过持续质量改进可以提高药品管理质量。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of continuous quality improvement in drug management improvement in TCM pharmacy.Methods Seventeen Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy workers in Cuijiayu Town Central Health Center were selected as the study subjects.Traditional management(control group)was implemented from January to June 2023,and continuous quality improvement(study group)was implemented from July to December 2023.The occurrence of adverse drug management events,work quality and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There were 2 drug management adverse events in the study group and 9 drug management adverse events in the control group.The scores of mastery of drug-related knowledge,sense of responsibility,reasonable storage of drugs,quality of dispensing were 92.63±2.13,93.05±1.45,94.23±1.48,92.64±2.63 in the study group,they were higher than 88.45±2.46,85.65±2.46,84.36±2.22 and 85.98±3.56 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.296,10.684,15.252,6.204,all P<0.05).Management satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The quality of drug management in TCM pharmacy can be improved through continuous quality improvement.
