摘 要:目的探讨全面流程管理(total process management,TPM)视角下疫苗冷链管理的优化路径。方法选取章丘区疾病预防控制中心工作的10名工作人员为研究对象,2019年1月—2021年6月接受传统管理模式设为传统组,并选取同期管理的14769份疫苗为观察主体。2021年7月—2023年12月接受TPM模式管理设为探究组,并选取同期管理的15327份疫苗为观察主体。比较两组工作质量、冷链管理流程评分、疫苗报废率。结果探究组工作质量评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组冷链管理流程评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组疫苗报废率为0.03%(4/15327),低于传统组的0.12%(18/14769),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.446,P<0.05)。结论TPM视角下疫苗冷链管理的优化路径能够有效提升工作质量、优化管理流程并降低疫苗报废率。Objective To explore the optimization path of vaccine cold chain management from the perspective of total process management(TPM).Methods Ten staff members working in Zhangqiu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the research objects.From January 2019 to June 2021,the traditional management mode was set as the traditional group,and 14769 vaccines managed in the same period were selected as the observation subjects.From July 2021 to December 2023,the TPM mode management was set as the exploration group,and 15327 vaccines managed in the same period were selected as the observation subjects.The work quality,cold chain management process and vaccine scrap rate were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of work score of the inquiry group were higher than that of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of cold chain management process in the exploration group were higher than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scrap rate of vaccine in the exploration group was 0.03%(4/15327),which was lower than 0.12%(18/14769)in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.446,P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization path of vaccine cold chain management from the perspective of TPM can effectively improve the quality of work,optimize the management process and reduce the vaccine scrap rate.
