护士绩效考核管理在心血管内科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果

摘  要:目的研究护士绩效考核管理在心血管内科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月郧阳区人民医院心血管内科的20名护理人员作为研究对象。根据管理模式不同分为两组,2024年1—6月应用绩效考核管理,设为管理后;2023年6—12月应用常规模式管理,设为管理前。两组护理人员为同一批,对比绩效考核管理前后护理人员工作质量、综合能力。结果绩效考核管理后,护理人员基础护理、专科护理、危重症护理、手卫生、医疗设备及药品管理、服务态度、护患沟通、护理满意度评分均较管理前提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后批判性思维(17.26±0.35)分、紧急事件处理能力(18.20±0.27)分、全方位护理关怀(17.59±0.29)分、团队合作(18.34±0.33)分均高于管理前的(13.62±0.46)分、(14.62±0.39)分、(14.29±0.32)分、(14.52±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(t=28.163、33.753、34.174、31.984,P均<0.05)。结论在心血管内科护理质量管理中应用护士绩效考核管理,有利于促进护理质量持续改进。Objective To study the application effect of nurse performance appraisal management on continuous improvement of nursing quality in cardiovascular medicine.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,twenty nurses working in the Department of Cardiovascular,Yunyang District People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,they were divided into two groups.From January to June 2024,performance appraisal management was applied,which was set as after management;From June to December 2023,the application of conventional mode management was set as pre-management.The two groups of nursing staff were the same batch,and the quality and comprehensive ability of nursing staff before and after performance appraisal management were compared.Results After performance appraisal management,the scores of basic nursing,specialist nursing,critical care,hand hygiene,management of medical equipment and drugs,service attitude,nurse-patient communication and nursing satisfaction of nursing staff were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After management,the score of critical thinking was 17.26±0.35,the score of emergency handling ability was 18.20±0.27,the score of all-round nursing care was 17.59±0.29,and the score of teamwork was 18.34±0.33,which were higher than 13.62±0.46,14.62±0.39,14.29±0.32,14.52±0.42 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=28.163,33.753,34.174,31.984,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse performance appraisal management in the nursing quality management of cardiovascular medicine is conducive to promoting the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
