摘 要:目的探究柔性管理模式应用于妇产科护理管理的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年1月罗田县人民医院妇产科的20名护理人员为研究对象。2020年1月—2021年6月实施常规管理模式,设为对照组;2021年7月—2023年1月实施柔性管理模式,设为观察组。比较两组管理质量、管理满意度及护理质量。结果观察组考核成绩、工作自豪感、职业倦怠感、护理质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对管理的总满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.059,P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理中应用柔性管理模式对于护理人员有积极影响,可提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of flexible management model applied to the management of obstetrics and gynecology departments.Methods Twenty nursing staff from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Luotian County People's Hospital were selected as study subjects from July 2021 to January 2023.The conventional management model was implemented from January 2020 to June 2021,which was set as the control group,and the flexible management model was implemented from July 2021 to January 2023,which was set as the observation group.Compared the quality of management,management satisfaction and quality of care in the two groups.Results The assessment score,pride in work score,burnout score,and quality of care scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group's total satisfaction with management was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.059,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a flexible management model in the management of obstetrics and gynecology care has a positive impact on the nursing staff and can improve the quality of care.
