基于全病程管理的干预模式对产科医生管理质量和核心技术的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于全病程管理的干预模式在医院产科中的应用及对管理质量和核心技术的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2024年5月临朐县中医院16名医生为研究对象。2022年6月—2023年5月实施常规方法管理为对照组,2023年6月—2024年5月实施基于全病程管理的干预模式为观察组。比较两组管理质量、核心技术水平及满意度。结果观察组管理方法(97.15±2.15)分、管理内容(96.39±3.21)分、管理效果(96.46±3.25)分、沟通技巧(97.33±2.61)分、服务意识(98.00±1.98)分,均高于对照组的(93.26±1.96)分、(92.26±2.59)分、(93.11±2.69)分、(94.16±2.12)分、(94.63±1.96)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.564、5.664、4.492、5.333、4.838,P均<0.05)。观察组组医学基础、诊断能力、治疗技术、医患沟通技术、自主学习能力、医生领导能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组。结论基于全病程管理的干预模式用于医院产科中,有助于提高管理质量,提升医院产科核心技术水平,可获得较高的满意度。Objective To explore the application of intervention mode based on whole-course management in hospital obstetrics and its impact on management quality and core technology.Methods Sixteen doctors in Linqu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.From June 2022 to May 2023,conventional method management was implemented as the control group,and from June 2023 to May 2024,intervention mode based on whole-course management was implemented as the observation group.The management quality,core technology level and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the scores of management method,management content,management effect,communication skills and service awareness were 97.15±2.15,96.39±3.21,96.46±3.25,97.33±2.61 and 98.00±1.98,respectively,the scores were higher than 93.26±1.96,92.26±2.59,93.11±2.69,94.16±2.12,94.63±1.96 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.564,5.664,4.492,5.333,4.838,all P<0.05).The scores of medical basis,diagnosis ability,treatment technology,doctor-patient communication technology,autonomous learning ability and physician leadership ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The intervention model based on whole course management used in the obstetrics department of the hospital is helpful to improve the quality of management,improve the core technical level of the obstetrics department of the hospital,and can obtain high satisfaction.
