常规管理与分层管理在儿科病房护理管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析儿科病房中不同护理管理模式的应用价值。方法选取2023年9月—2024年8月在兖州区人民医院儿科工作的20名护士为研究对象,2023年9月—2024年2月实施常规管理设为常规组,2024年3—8月实施分层管理设为分层组。对比两组护理管理质量、护士核心技能、不良事件发生情况、管理满意率。结果分层组管理质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分层组护士核心技能评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分层组不良事件少于常规组。分层组管理满意率为100.00%(20/20),高于常规组的80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。结论分层管理可提升儿科护理管理质量及护士核心能力,减少不良事件发生,并提高儿科管理满意率。Objective The application value of different nursing management modes in pediatric ward was analyzed.Methods Twenty nurses working in the Pediatric Department of Yanzhou District People's Hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects.The implementation of conventional management from September 2023 to February 2024 was set as the conventional group,and the implementation of hierarchical management from March to August 2024 was set as the hierarchical group.The quality of nursing management,the core skills of nurses,the occurrence of adverse events and the satisfaction rate of management were compared between the two groups.Results Management quality scores of stratified group were higher than those of conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The core skill scores of nurses in stratified group were higher than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of adverse events in stratified group was less than that in conventional group.The satisfaction rate of management in stratified group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 80.00%(16/20)in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified management can improve the quality of pediatric nursing management and the core competence of nurses,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction rate of pediatric management.
