摘 要:目的分析护士分层管理对重症医学科护理质量的作用效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月在永州市第三人民医院重症医学科工作的20名护理人员为研究对象。2023年6—12月实施常规管理设为常规组,2024年1—6月实施护士分层管理设为研究组。比较两组护理人员工作积极性评分、工作倦怠感评分、护理质量评分、管理满意度。结果研究组工作积极性评分、护理质量评分均高于常规组,研究组工作倦怠感评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理人员管理满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于常规组的75.00%(15/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05)。结论在重症医学科实施护士分层管理能有效提高护理工作质量,减轻护理人员工作压力,可获得较高满意管理评价。Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical management of nurses on nursing quality in intensive care department.Methods Twenty nurses working in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.The routine management was implemented from June to December 2023 as the conventional group,and the stratified management of nurses was implemented from January to June 2024 as the study group.The nursing staff's work enthusiasm score,job burnout score,nursing quality score and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The work enthusiasm scores and nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the job burnout scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the study group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 75.00%(15/20)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of stratified management of nurses in the department of intensive care medicine can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,reduce the working pressure of nursing staff,and obtain a higher satisfaction management evaluation.
