层级管理模式对提高手术室护士护理管理质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析层级管理模式对提高手术室护士护理管理质量的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月浏阳市中医医院的24名护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2023年7—12月实施分析层级管理模式为研究组,对比两组的管理效果。结果观察组的无菌操作(95.52±1.36)分、沟通技巧(97.13±1.41)分、手术配合(95.57±1.35)分均优于对照组的(91.36±2.54)分、(94.63±1.55)分、(93.26±0.74)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.073、5.845、7.351,P均<0.05)。观察组的工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组发生10次不良事件,少于对照组的24次。结论分析层级管理模式能提升手术室护士的护理质量、工作满意度,降低不良事件发生风险。Objective To analyse the effect of hierarchical management model on improving the quality of nursing management of operating room nurses.Methods Twenty-four nurse of Liuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,the conventional management mode implemented from January to June 2023 was set as the control group,and the analytical hierarchical management mode implemented from July to December 2023 was set as the study group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of aseptic operation,communication skills,surgical cooperation in the observation group were 95.52±1.36,97.13±1.41,95.57±1.35,were better than 91.36±2.54,94.63±1.55 and 93.26±0.74 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.073,5.845,7.351,all P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 10 adverse events in the observation group,less than 24 adverse events in the control group.Con⁃clusion Hierarchical management model can improve nursing quality and job satisfaction of operating room nurses and reduce the risk of adverse events.
