摘 要:目的分析“五常法”加强门诊换药室规范化管理的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月莱阳市中医医院门诊换药室的4名护理人员为研究对象,2021年1月—2022年6月实施常规护理管理设为对照组,2022年7月—2023年12月实施“五常法”规范化管理设为观察组,对比两组的管理成效。结果观察组的样本合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理差错行为比对照组少。观察组的工作压力评分为(56.45±5.69)分,低于对照组的(83.58±8.73)分,工作满意度评分(283.47±20.82)分高于对照组(245.86±19.73)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.207、2.622,P均<0.05)。结论在门诊换药室规范化管理中采用“五常法”可以有效提升样本合格率,减少护理差错行为的发生,同时可以提高护理人员的工作满意度,降低工作压力。Objective To analyze the application effect of"five permanent methods"to strengthen the standardized management of outpatient dressing changing room.Methods Four nursing staff in the Center Dressing Room of Laiyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,the routine nursing management was implemented from January 2021 to June 2022 as the control group,and the standardized management of the"five-step method"was implemented from July 2022 to December 2023 as the observation group,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of samples in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing errors in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The score of work pressure in the observation group was 56.45±5.69,lower than 83.58±8.73 of the control group,and the score of work satisfaction was 283.47±20.82,higher than 245.86±19.73 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.207,2.622,both P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the"five-step method"in the standardized management of outpatient dressing room can effectively improve the sample qualification rate,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,improve the job satisfaction of nursing staff,and reduce work pressure.
