摘 要:目的探讨分层递进式带教模式在检验医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的实践情况。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月潍坊医学院附属医院检验医学科的46名住培学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组23名。对照组接受传统教学方法,观察组接受分层递进式带教模式,比较两组的理论考核成绩、带教满意度。结果观察组的中期考核成绩及出科考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的带教满意度为100.00%(23/23),高于对照组的73.91%(17/23),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.729,P<0.05)。结论在检验医学科住院医师规范化培训中采用分层递进式带教模式的效果较好,可以提高带教效果,提升学生考核成绩和满意度。Objective To explore the practice of hierarchical and progressive teaching mode in the standardized training of resident doctors in laboratory medicine.Methods A total of forty-six resident trainees from the Department of Laboratory Laboratory,Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with twenty-three participants in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching method,the observation group received the hierarchical and progressive teaching mode,and compared the theoretical examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The results of mid-term examination and graduation assessment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(23/23),which was higher than 73.91%(17/23)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.729,P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized training of resident doctors in laboratory medicine department,the effect of hierarchical and progressive teaching mode is better,which can improve the teaching effect,improve the students'assessment results and satisfaction.
