摘  要:目的探讨传染病预防工作中系统化管理的应用效果。方法选取海门区疾控中心的54名医务人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2023年7—12月实施系统化管理模式为观察组,比较两组传染病防控知识及能力,并调查医务人员管理满意度。结果观察组防控知识、防控能力评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组医务人员对管理方式满意度96.30%(52/54)较对照组85.19%(46/54)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.967,P<0.05)。结论在传染病预防管理中实施系统化管理模式能提升医务人员知识认知水平及防控能力,并可提升其满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of systematic management in the prevention of infectious diseases.Methods Fifty-four medical personnel from Haimen District Health Committee were selected for study,and the conventional management mode was implemented from January to June 2023 and set as the control group,and the systematic management mode was implemented from July to December 2023 and set as the observation group.The prevention and control knowledge and ability of infectious diseases in the two groups were compared,and the management satisfaction of medical staff was investigated.Results The observation group had higher prevention and control knowledge and ability than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of medical staff of the observation group 96.30%(52/54)was higher than 85.19%(46/54)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.967,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic management mode in the prevention and management of infectious diseases can improve the knowledge cognition level and prevention and control ability of medical staff,and improve their satisfaction.
