摘　　要：调查分析我国中医备案诊所相关的研究,总结诊所面临的问题和挑战并提出相应监管对策。通过检索2017年至今国内关于中医备案诊所的研究成果,探讨中医备案诊所执业和监管面临的共性问题。我国中医备案诊所数量逐年增加,但面临依法执业意识薄弱、缺乏专业管理团队、执业行为不规范等,对中医备案诊所的监管存在监管模式不规范以及监管队伍与法规体系不完善等问题。为应对问题和挑战,提出了强化主体责任、提升信息化建设水平、创新监管方式以及完善法规与机制等对策,以促进中医备案诊所的规范经营和监管工作的有效开展,推动中医药事业的健康发展。To investigate and analyze the research related to Traditional Chinese Medicine filing clinics in China,summarize the issues and challenges,and propose corresponding regulatory countermeasures.The research results of Traditional Chinese Medicine filing clinics in China from 2017 to now were searched to explore the common problems in the practice and supervision of Traditional Chinese Medicine filing clinics.The number of Traditional Chinese Medicine filing clinics has been increasing annually.However,these clinics face challenges such as weak awareness of legal practice,lack of professional management teams,and non-standardized practices.Regulatory challenges include non-standardized regulatory models and incomplete regulatory teams and legal systems.To address these issues and challenges,the study proposes measures such as strengthening the main responsibility,enhancing the level of information construction,innovating regulatory methods,and improving laws and mechanisms.These measures aim to promote the standardized operation and effective regulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine filing clinics,thereby fostering the healthy development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
