摘　　要：本文综述了疾病诊断相关分组(disease diagnosis-related grouping,DRG)与国际疾病分类(international classification of diseases,ICD)编码的背景、重要性及其在医疗管理中的应用。特别强调了循环系统疾病作为常见多发疾病,在DRG实施中的关键作用。文章深入探讨了DRG背景下循环系统疾病ICD编码的逻辑校验方法及其重要性,分析了ICD编码质量对DRG分组准确性的影响,以及错误编码导致的分组偏差及其后果。同时,文章还深入探讨了ICD编码在医疗质量评估中的基础性作用,并着重阐述了提高ICD编码质量对于提升整体医疗服务水平的重要意义。更进一步地,文章明确提出了循环系统疾病ICD编码逻辑校验的具体规则,为相关实践提供了明确的指导。最后,基于前述分析与探讨,文章提出了切实可行的提升循环系统疾病ICD编码质量的建议,并展望了未来在该领域编码质量提升的方向与趋势,以期为推动医疗服务的持续改进和发展贡献力量。This paper reviews the background and importance of disease diagnosis-related grouping(DRG)and international classification of diseases(ICD)coding and their applications in healthcare management.The key role of circulatory system diseases as common and frequent diseases in the implementation of DRG is particularly emphasized.The article delves into the logical checking method and its importance of ICD coding for circulatory diseases in the context of DRG,analyzes the impact of ICD coding quality on DRG grouping accuracy,as well as grouping bias due to incorrect coding and its consequences.At the same time,the article also delves into the fundamental role of ICD coding in healthcare quality assessment and highlights the significance of improving the quality of ICD coding to enhance the overall level of healthcare services.Further,the article clearly puts forward the specific rules for the logical verification of ICD codes for circulatory diseases,which provides clear guidance for related practices.Finally,based on the aforementioned analysis and discussion,the article puts forward practical suggestions to improve the quality of ICD coding for circulatory diseases,and looks forward to the future direction and trend of coding quality improvement in this field,with a view to contributing to the promotion of continuous improvement and development of healthcare services.
