摘　　要：本研究介绍了药事管理在促进医院合理用药中的重要作用,从临床医师和医疗机构两个层面出发分析影响医院合理用药的因素,并据此提出优化药事管理的对策建议,包括综合手段对临床医师进行药学理论相关培训和学习,以临床药师与合理用药管理系统协助医师开具处方,完善药品使用管理制度,强化处方审核与点评,完善医院药品信息系统,旨在提高医院合理用药水平。This study introduces the important role of pharmaceutical administration in promoting rational drug use in hospitals,analyzes the factors affecting rational drug use in hospitals from the perspectives of clinicians and medical structure,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing pharmaceutical administration,including comprehensive means for clinicians to carry out pharmaceutical theory-related training and learning,clinical pharmacists and rational drug use management system to assist physicians in prescribing,improve drug use management system,strengthen prescription review and comment,and improve hospital drug information system,aiming to improve the level of rational drug use in hospitals.
