摘 要:利用5种不同质量分数的PEG-6000溶液(9%、12%、15%、18%、21%)模拟干旱胁迫,研究干旱胁迫对12个甘蓝型油菜品种的发芽势、发芽率、苗高和总鲜重的影响。结果表明:所有品种的发芽势、发芽率和总鲜重均随着PEG-6000质量分数的升高而明显降低,说明干旱胁迫抑制了油菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长。9%的PEG-6000胁迫下多个品种萌发7 d的幼苗的平均苗高高于对照,表明9%的PEG-6000胁迫对胚轴伸长有促进作用;而更高质量分数PEG-6000胁迫下的苗高逐渐下降。综合分析12个品种在干旱胁迫下的4个指标,发现发芽率和总鲜重能更好地反映油菜品种的耐旱能力,其中‘72WA27’‘越优1203’‘纯湘油668’的耐旱能力较强,其次为‘宁杂50’和‘沣油737’,而‘中油155’和‘中油218’的耐旱能力较差。本研究可为耐旱油菜新品种的选育和耐旱基因的挖掘提供种质资源和基础研究材料。Using 5 different mass fractions of PEG-6000 solutions(9%,12%,15%,18%,21%)to simulate drought stress,the effects of drought stress on the germination potential,germination rate,seedling height,and total fresh weight of 12Brassica napusL.varieties were studied.The results showed that the germination potential,germination rate,and total fresh weight of all varieties decreased significantly with the increase of PEG-6000 mass fraction,indicating that drought stress significantly inhibited the germination of rapeseed seeds and the growth of seedlings.The average seedling height of multiple varieties germinating for 7days under 9%PEG-6000 stress was higher than that of the control,indicating that 9%PEG-6000 stress had a promoting effect on embryonic axis elongation;under higher mass fractions of PEG-6000 stress,the seedling height gradually decreased.Through comprehensive analysis of 4 indicators of 12 varieties under drought stress,it was found that germination rate and total fresh weight could better reflect the drought tolerance of rapeseed varieties.Among them,'72WA27','Yueyou 1203'and'Chunxiangyou 668'had stronger drought tolerance,followed by'Ningza 50'and'Fengyou 737',while'Zhongyou 155'and'Zhongyou 218'had poorer drought tolerance.This study can provide germplasm resources and basic research materials for the breeding of new drought tolerant rapeseed varieties and the exploration of drought tolerant genes.
