摘 要:该文总结了几种重要木本植物,包括桉树、茶树、棉花、楸树、松树、杨树和牡丹等组织培养的研究进展。分别从基因型、外植体类型、植物生长调节剂种类、培养环境等因素探讨其对木本植物组织培养过程及再生效率的影响,概括分析了木本植物组织培养过程中外植体容易污染褐化、组培苗生根困难和移栽难以成活等问题及解决方案,为今后开展木本植物组织培养技术研究提供参考。This paper summarized the research progress of tissue culture of several important woody plants,includingEucalyptus,Camellia sinensis,Gossypium,Catalpa bungei,PinusL.,PopulusandPaeoniasection MoutanDC.The effects on the tissue culture process and regeneration efficiency of woody plants were discussed from the aspects of genotype,explants type,plant growth regulator type,culture environment,etc.Additionally,the problems such as easy contamination and browning of plants in the tissue culture process of woody plants,difficulty in rooting and survival of tissue culture seedlings were summarized and the solutions were analyzed.It provides reference for the research on tissue culture technology of woody plants in the future.
