杀菌除垢型泡沫剂的开发及其应用

摘　　要：本文设计并配制了系列杀菌除垢型泡沫剂,通过添加硫酸铜作为杀菌剂,产品在高稀释倍数下仍然具有高效的杀菌性能。通过表面活性剂的优化配置,使产品具有优秀的发泡性,泡沫丰富细腻,而且表面活性剂可保护硫酸铜免受有机干扰物影响,保持铜离子的高效杀菌性。泡沫剂中添加柠檬酸,酸性泡沫剂稀释液可溶解尿垢,或抑制尿垢成型。使用本司泡沫盾发泡系统,通过量筒法表征泡沫剂的发泡性能;通过悬液定量法评估泡沫剂的杀菌性能,通过水垢去除测试,评估泡沫剂的除垢性。结果表明,AOS体系更适合我司泡沫盾系统,AOS含量为20 wt%时泡沫剂的发泡性最好,发泡量为210 mL,静置1 h后泡沫量基本无变化,只是泡沫变大;AES体系中,在测试范围内,添加量越大,发泡性越差,AES添加量为10 wt%时泡沫剂的发泡性较好,发泡量为200 mL,但静置1 h后,泡沫量只剩140 mL。硫酸铜添加量为2 wt%时,泡沫剂在5‰的高稀释倍数(铜离子浓度为0.1‰)下,杀菌率大于99%;铜离子浓度为0.05‰,杀菌率仍大于98%。柠檬酸添加量为5 wt%时,泡沫剂在5‰的高稀释倍数下(pH为3.5),2 min内可完全去除水垢。所配制的泡沫剂发泡性能、杀菌性能以及除垢性能优异,适用于智能马桶的泡沫盾中,起防溅、隔臭、杀菌、除垢的功能。A series of bactericidal and descaling foam agents had been designed and formulated.By adding copper sulfate as bactericide,the products still have highly bactericidal performance under high dilution ratio.Through the optimal configuration of surfactants,the products have excellent foaming properties.And the surfactants can protect the copper sulfate from the influence of organic interferences,maintaining efficient bactericidal property of the copper ions.When citric acid was added to the foam agents,the diluent of the acid foam agents can dissolve urine scale or inhibit the formation of urine scale.By measuring cylinder method,our foam shield system was used to characterize the foaming properties of foam agent.The bactericidal performance of the foam agent was evaluated by suspension quantitative method,and the scale removal ability of the foam agent was evaluated by scale removal test.The results showed that AOS system were more suitable for our foam shield system.When the AOS content was 20 wt%,the foaming properties of foam agent were best,the foaming volume was 210 mL.In the AES system,within the test range,the more the addition amount,the less the foaming volume.When the AES addition amount was 10 wt%,the foaming volume was 200 mL,the largest.When the amount of copper sulfate were 2 wt%,the bactericidal rate was greater than 99%under the high dilution ratio of 5‰(the concentration of copper ion is 0.1‰).In the AOS system,even the concentration of copper ion was 0.05‰,the bactericidal rate was still greater than 98%.When the amount of citric acid was 5 wt%,the foam agent could completely remove the scale within 2 min at a high dilution ratio of 5‰(pH is 3.5).The foam agents have excellent foaming performances,bactericidal performance and descaling performance,suitable for foam shield system of our intelligent toilets,fulfilling the functions of anti-splash,anti-odor,sterilization and descaling.
