摘 要:城市生活节奏加快,大部分城市家庭用于处理家庭日常的衣物晾晒收纳等事务时间被压缩,阳台柜和电动晾衣机相结合的自动收纳和晾晒就成为一个亟待解决的问题。基于TRIZ创新理论,对智能阳台晾晒护理一体柜进行创新设计。通过系统功能模型图与因果分析得出现有电动晾衣机与阳台柜之间不能自动收纳和晾晒的问题点,TRIZ中的系统裁剪、技术矛盾、物-场模型及标准解等方法综合运用,目的是设计出全新的智能阳台晾晒护理一体柜,且对可行性、可靠性和成本等三个方面进行分析比较,得出最优实施方案,并确定量产方案实施和对方案的专利布局。使用TRIZ创新理论可优化现有设计方法,提供问题定义分析求解的思路,形成有效的系统化设计,为智能阳台晾晒护理一体柜的创新设计提供参考。With the fast pace of urban life,most urban families no longer have enough time to deal with the daily laundry and storage of clothes,so the problem of automatic storage and drying between the clothes rack and the electric clothes dryer needs to be solved.Based on the TRIZ innovation theory,an innovative design for an intelligent balcony drying and care cabinet was carried out.Through the system function model diagram and causal analysis,the fundamental reason for the inability of the electric clothes dryer and the balcony cabinet to automatically store and dry clothes was obtained.By integrating the use of system pruning,material-field models,standard solutions,and technical contradictions,a new intelligent balcony drying and care cabinet was designed.The final implementation plan was determined through a cost,feasibility,and reliability analysis,with the aim of achieving a production plan and patent layout.Using TRIZ innovation theory can optimize existing design methods,provide a framework for defining and analyzing problems and solutions,and form an effective systematic design,providing a reference for the innovative design of intelligent balcony drying and care cabinets.
