摘 要:本文依据HG/T 3950-2007《抗菌涂料》,以金黄色葡萄球菌CGMCC 1.89与大肠埃希氏菌CGMCC 1.90为指示菌,选用一种瓷膜陶瓷涂料的家电材料进行抗细菌耐久性能试验。结果显示:经密闭环境和非密闭环境下紫外线辐射100 h后,无抗菌性能材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗细菌率分别为85.00%和0%;对大肠埃希氏菌的抗细菌率分别为90.62%和0%。含抗菌性能材料在密闭环境和非密闭环境下紫外线辐射100 h后其抗细菌效果均达到Ⅰ级。研究表明无抗菌性能的家电材料在密闭环境下经紫外线辐射100 h后其抗细菌效果提升到Ⅱ级。本研究对家电材料的抗细菌耐久性能的检测具有重要参考意义。The article is based on HG/T 3950-2007“Antibacterial Coatings”,using Staphylococcus aureus CGMCC 1.89 and Escherichia coli CGMCC 1.90 as indicator bacteria to select a ceramic film coating material for household appliances for antibacterial durability performance testing.The results showed that after 100 hours of ultraviolet radiation in both sealed and non-sealed environment,the antibacterial rates of the non-antibacterial material against Staphylococcus aureus were 85.00%and 0%,respectively;the antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli were 90.62%and 0%,respectively.After 100 hours of ultraviolet radiation in both sealed and non-sealed environment,the antibacterial effect of materials containing antibacterial properties reached level I.Research has shown that home appliance materials without antibacterial properties can improve their antibacterial performance effect to level II after being exposed to ultraviolet radiation for 100 hours in a sealed environment.This study has important reference significance for the detection of antibacterial durability performance of household appliance materials.
