摘 要:自动售货机作为现代城市中常见的公共设施,其碳排放足迹对于推进“双碳”战略具有重要意义。本文以一台常见自动售货机为案例,采用生命周期评价方法,对其生产过程中的碳足迹进行了深入分析。研究结果显示,该自动售货机在生产过程中共产生了639.09 kg的CO_(2)排放,其中原材料获取阶段的碳排放占比高达97.95%,是主要的碳排放源;生产阶段次之,而运输阶段的碳排放量相对较少。基于上述碳足迹核算结果,提出了采用低能耗材料替换高能耗材料、推广绿色电力生产以及合理利用原料地理优势等节能减排建议措施,来有效降低自动售货机生产过程中的碳足迹,为实现“双碳”目标提供有力支持。As a common public facility in modern cities,the carbon emission footprint of vending machines is of great significance for promoting the“double-carbon”strategy.Taking a common vending machine as a case,the carbon footprint of the production process is analyzed.The research results show that the vending machine produces 639.09 kg CO_(2)emissions in the production process,of which the carbon emission of raw material acquisition stage accounts for 97.95%,which is the main carbon emission source;followed in the production stage,while the carbon emission in the transportation stage is relatively small.Based on the above carbon footprint accounting results,energy saving and emission reduction measures such as replacing low energy consumption materials with high energy consumption materials,promoting green power production and rational utilization of raw material geographical advantages of raw materials are put forward to effectively reduce the carbon footprint in the production process of vending machines and provide strong support for the realization of the“two-carbon”goal.
