摘 要:电阻温度系数(TCR)是衡量电阻器在不同应用场景下稳定性的重要指标之一。精密电阻器在长期工作状态中会持续发热,材料电阻率随温度变化,会导致电流信号变差。为了精密电阻器在日常应用中稳定性更高,通过对产品各部件及高电阻温度系数的部件这两个方面进行结构调整,和根据产品的材料做针对性工艺参数的调整,对其进行优化,都可以改善精密电阻器的电阻温度系数。The temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR)is one of the important indicators for measuring the stability of resistors in different application scenarios.Precision resistors generate heat during long-term operation,and the resistivity of materials changes with temperature,which can lead to a deterioration of the current signal.To enhance the stability of precision resistors in everyday applications,structural adjustments can be made to the components of the product and to the components with high resistance temperature coefficients,along with targeted adjustments to the process parameters based on the materials used,all of which can improve the temperature coefficient of resistance of precision resistors.
