摘　　要：随着小功率电动机产品在众多电气产品中的广泛应用,监管部门和生产企业都在努力提升产品质量。但从历年监督抽查和日常检测中发现,此类产品仍存在较为严重的电气安全质量问题,本文对较为突出的标志和说明、基座与外壳、连接件、内部布线、电气绝缘支持、电气间隙和爬电距离、接地、非正常试验等常见不合格项进行分析总结,并提出改进建议。With the widespread application of low-power electric motor products in many electrical products,regulatory authorities and manufacturing enterprises are striving to improve product quality.However,it has been found through years of supervision,spot checks,and daily inspections that such products still have serious electrical safety and quality issues.This article analyzes and summarizes common non conformities such as prominent signs and instructions,base and shell,connectors,internal wiring,electrical insulation support,electrical clearance and creepage distance,grounding,and abnormal testing,and proposes improvement suggestions.
