摘 要:目的:基于“辨色论质”理论分析乳香药材粉末颜色与含水量、指标成分11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸和11-酮基-β-乳香酸含量的相关性,对不同产地乳香药材的质量进行评价。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定不同产地乳香药材中11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸和11-酮基-β-乳香酸的含量,采用分光测色仪测定药材粉末的颜色参数,包括明度值(L^(*))、红绿值(a^(*))、黄蓝值(b^(*)),使用甲苯法测定含水量,运用SPSS 25.0软件分析色度值与各项测定指标的相关性,结合聚类分析,对10批不同产地的乳香药材进行质量评价。结果:11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸的含量与a^(*)呈较高的负相关。全参数聚类分析可将乳香药材按产地聚成2类,产自埃塞俄比亚的和产自索马里摩加迪沙的聚为一类,产自苏丹的和索马里加罗韦的聚为一类;结合相关性分析的结论,通过比较不同数据观察聚类分析的结果变化,发现色度值是影响聚类的主要因素。结论:以色度值为指标,可控制和预测不同产地乳香药材的质量。Objective:To analyze the correlations of color with the content of moisture,11-carbonyl-β-acetyl boswellic acid,and 11-keto-β-boswellic acid of Olibanum powder based on the theory of color grading and evaluate the quality of Olibanum samples from different regions.Methods:Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was employed to determine the content of 11-carbonyl-β-acetyl boswellic acid and 11-keto-β-boswellic acid in the Olibanum samples from different regions.A spectrophotometer was used to measure the color parameters including lightness(L^(*)),red-green value(a^(*)),and blue-yellow value(b^(*))of the powder.The moisture content was determined by the toluene method.SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the correlations between color parameters and content indicators.Cluster analysis was performed to evaluate the quality of 10 batches of Olibanum samples from different regions.Results:The content of 11-carbonyl-β-acetyl boswellic acid in Olibanum was negatively correlated with the a^(*)value.Full-parameter clustering grouped Olibanum samples into two categories based on their production regions.Specifically,the samples from Ethiopia and Mogadishu(Somalia)grouped together,and those from Sudan and Garowe(Somalia)grouped together.Based on the results of correlation analysis and changes in clustering analysis results after removal of different data,it can be concluded that color was the main factor affecting clustering.Conclusion:The color of Olibanum powder is closely related to content indicators and can be used for quality control and prediction of Olibanum from different regions.
