摘 要:目的:建立天然没药和胶质没药的气相色谱法(GC)指纹图谱,并结合化学模式识别法评价不同产地天然没药和胶质没药的质量,为没药质量的全面评价提供科学依据。方法:采用GC建立肯尼亚和索马里15批天然没药和15批胶质没药的指纹图谱,结合相似度评价、聚类热图、主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)模式识别方法,对不同产地天然没药和胶质没药进行分析。结果:建立了15批天然没药和胶质没药的GC指纹图谱;15批天然没药共确定了13个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度为0.714~0.978,表明存在共有峰但共有峰峰面积存在明显差异;15批胶质没药共确定了11个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度均大于0.900;3种化学识别模式分析方法分别将天然没药和胶质没药按产地分为2类,表明不同产地的样品存在显著差异。结论:建立的GC指纹图谱分析方法简单可靠,精密度、重复性、稳定性良好。Objective:To establish the gas chromatography(GC)fingerprints of myrrha and opoponax,and to evaluate the quality of myrrha and opoponax from different producing areas using chemical pattern recognition method,providing a scientific basis for comprehensive quality assessment.Methods:GC was used to establish the fingerprints of 15 batches of myrrha and 15 batches of opoponax from Kenya and Somalia.Similarity evaluation,cluster heatmaps,principal component analysis(PCA),and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were applied to analyze myrrha and opoponax from different producing areas.Results:The GC fingerprints of myrrha and opoponax were successfully established.Thirteen common peaks were identified in the 15 batches of myrrha,with fingerprint similarity ranging from 0.714 to 0.978,indicating the presence of common peaks but significant differences in peak areas.Eleven common peaks were identified in 15 batches of opoponax the,with fingerprint similarities above 0.900.The three chemical pattern recognition methods categorized myrrha and opoponax into two groups according to their origin,demonstrating significant differences between samples from different producing areas.Conclusion:The established GC fingerprint analysis method is simple,reliable,and demonstrates good precision,repeatability,and stability.
