摘  要:目的:基于Heracles NEO超快速气相电子鼻对多种没药气味差异成分进行快速识别,建立基于气味的没药快速鉴别方法。方法:采用Heracles NEO超快速气相电子鼻结合AroChemBase数据库获得气味色谱峰数据,采用主成分分析法对没药气味色谱峰数据进行处理和分析。结果:建立了没药超快速气相电子鼻分析方法,通过分析没药气味指纹图谱,定性分析胶质没药和天然没药气味差异成分,有效区分4组没药。结论:Heracles NEO超快速气相电子鼻可较好地快速识别没药的气味特征成分。该方法可应用于含没药中药制剂生产过程的质量在线监测,为不同种没药的快速识别及质量控制提供新思路和新方法。Objective:To establish a rapid identification method for Myrrha based on odor and identify the differential odor components of different Myrrha products based on the Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas-phase electronic nose.Methods:The odor chromatographic peak data were obtained using the Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas-phase electronic nose coupled with the AroChemBase database.Principal component analysis(PCA)method was employed to process and analyze the chromatographic peak data of myrrh odor.Results:A method based on ultra-fast gas-phase electronic nose was established for analyzing the odor fingerprint of Myrrha.The differential components between colloidal Myrrha and natural Myrrha were qualitatively analyzed,and the four kinds of Myrrha products were effectively distinguished.Conclusion:The Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas phase electronic nose can quickly identify the characteristic odor components of Myrrha,and it can be applied to the online quality monitoring of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing Myrrha.This study provides a new idea and a new method for the rapid identification and quality control of different Myrrha products.
