摘　　要：目的:对东南亚进口血竭的质量进行研究。方法:采用Kromasil 100-5 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为274 nm,采用三重四级杆质谱法进行确证,并结合高分辨飞行时间质谱仪对东南亚进口血竭的化学成分进行鉴定,分析血竭的质量情况。结果:6批血竭样品检出龙血素B,表明其中有混入龙血竭的可能。结论:该方法专属性强,可用于血竭中龙血素B的检查。Objective:To study the quality of Draconis Sanguis imported from Southeast Asia.Methods:Elution was performed on a Kromasil 100-5 C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(–1)and a column temperature of 30℃.The detection was conducted at a wavelength of 274 nm.Triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was employed for confirmation.The chemical components of Draconis Sanguis were analyzed by high resolution mass spectrometry coupled with chromatography.Results:Loureirin B was detected in 6 batches of Draconis Sanguis,which suggested that Draconis Resina may be mixed with Draconis Sanguis.Conclusion:The established method is specific and can be used to check whether there is loureirin B in Draconis Sanguis.
