摘　　要：菊属植物隶属于菊科春黄菊族菊亚族,是一类多年生草本植物。我国菊属植物共有17种,广泛分布于全国各地,药用价值较高。该属植物化学成分种类繁多,主要含有萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、聚炔类、生物碱类、甾体类等化学成分,且有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌、抗过敏、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗痛风等多种药理活性。菊属植物应用前景广阔,但目前研究局限于菊花和野菊,对其余菊属植物的研究开发较少。从化学成分及药理活性2个方面对菊属植物研究概况进行综述,以期为其深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Chrysanthemum plants belong to the subtribe Chrysantheminae of the Anthemideae(Asteraceae)and are perennial herbs.There are 17 species of Chrysanthemum plants in China,which are widely distributed across the country and have high medicinal value.The chemical constituents of this genus are diverse,mainly including terpenoids,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,polyynes,alkaloids,steroids,and other compounds.These constituents exhibit various pharmacological activities,such as antitumor,anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial,anti-allergic,antioxidant,antiviral,and anti-gout effects.Chrysanthemum plants have broad application prospects.However,current research is mainly focused on Ch.morifolium Ramat.and Ch.indicum L.,with limited studies on other species of the genus.This paper reviews the research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Chrysanthemum plants,aiming to provide a reference for further research and development.
