摘　　要：枳椇子为鼠李科植物枳椇的成熟种子,是我国传统的药食同源资源,也是我国经典名方中的解酒中药。枳椇子化学成分种类丰富,含有脂肪酸、黄酮、萜、苯丙素和生物碱等多类成分,并具有解酒、保肝、抗肿瘤等药理活性,在保健食品、医药等领域具有广泛的研究价值。对近年来国内外关于枳椇子化学成分及药理活性方面的研究进行综述,展望了枳椇子的研究方向和应用前景,以期为其深入研究及临床应用提供参考。Hoveniae Semen is the mature seed of the plant Hovenia dulcis in the Rhamnaceae family.It is a traditional medicinal and edible resource in China,and also a special antidote in classic Chinese medicine formulas.The chemical composition of Hoveniae Semen is diverse,containing fatty acids,flavonoids,terpenes,phenylpropanoids,and alkaloids.It exhibits pharmacological activities such as sobering up,liver protection,and anti-tumor effects.Hoveniae Semen has broad research value in fields such as health food and medicine.This paper reviews recent research in China and abroad on the chemical composition and pharmacological activities of Hoveniae Semen,and looks forward to its research direction and application prospects,aiming to provide a reference for its in-depth research and clinical application.
