摘 要:为了解决松软煤层煤巷条带下向顺层钻孔瓦斯高效抽采难题,阐述了超高压水力割缝卸压增透技术原理,优选了KFSL100-113型水射流履带式煤层割缝装置作为煤层强化卸压增透装备,试验考察了吉宁矿2号煤层100 MPa压力条件下割缝半径可达1.6 m以上;采用了“悬挂装置+大通孔钻杆+开闭钻头”的组合护孔方式进行了下向顺层钻孔钻进和护孔,针对割缝作业期间出现的喷孔、顶钻现象,优化了超高压水力割缝工艺流程。在吉宁矿2201工作面切眼进行了现场试验,割缝钻孔控制区域排出煤屑率η=1.22%,割缝后钻孔平均瓦斯抽采纯量约为未割缝钻孔的3.2倍。试验结果表明,采用超高压水力割缝卸压增透措施,配套下向顺层钻孔护孔技术及压风排渣,可显著提高煤巷条带下向顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采效果。In order to solve the problem of high efficiency gas extraction from the downward soft coal seam of coal roadway,the principle of ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology was described.KFSL100-113 water jet crawler type coal seam slotting device was selected as the coal seam reinforcement,pressure relief and permeability enhancement equipment.The experiment has investigated that the slotting radius of No.2 coal seam in Jining Mine can reach 1.6 m under a pressure of 100 MPa.The combination of"suspension device+large through-hole drilling+open and close bit"was used for hole protection and drilling in downward bedding.In view of the phenomenon of jet hole and top drilling during slotting,the process flow of ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting was optimized.Field tests were carried out at the No.2201 working face open-off cut of Jining Mine,and the rate of coal cuttings discharged from the slotting drilling control area was η=1.22%,and the average gas drainage net amount of the slotted hole was about 3.2 times that of the non slotted hole.The test results show that the gas extraction effect of the downward bedding hole in the coal roadway strip can be significantly improved by using the ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting to relieve pressure and increase permeability measures,supporting the downward bedding hole protection technology and air pressure slag removal.
