摘 要:随着大功率定向钻进设备的普及推广,利用高位大直径钻孔代替高抽巷治理采空区上隅角瓦斯,成为一种新的瓦斯治理模式,但对普通高位定向钻孔(孔径≤120 mm)以孔代巷工艺存在效率低、成孔率不佳、施工钻孔多、多次扩孔造成工艺繁琐、工程量增加等问题。为进一步推动生产方式转变,提高防灾、治灾能力,缩短灾害治理周期,开展超大直径定向高位钻孔一次成孔工艺技术攻关,配套大功率Ф147 mm大扭矩螺杆马达、ZYWL-26000DS大直径定向钻进设备施工,在线监控钻进参数、钻孔轨迹参数,实时分析、动态指导,优化计算并验证钻孔层位,对比分析瓦斯抽采效率,优化钻进工艺技术,增大瓦斯抽采通道提高瓦斯抽采效率。通过超大直径高位定向孔代巷超前抽采模式的推广应用及一次成孔工艺技术,一次成孔孔径达到200 mm,钻进效率大幅提升,最大单班进尺66 m,平均单班进尺45 m以上,成孔率提高40%,施工周期减少55%,综合成本减少35%;观测3个月内瓦斯抽采浓度及瓦斯抽采混合量,平均瓦斯抽采浓度32%以上、平均标况抽采量0.3 m^(3)/min。一次成孔工艺技术进一步优化了“以孔代巷”定向钻孔施工工艺,可提高矿井生产效率,降低成本,优化采掘工程部署,大规模提高抽采强度,保障矿井安全高效生产,为矿井安全、高效、绿色、智慧开采提供强力支撑。With the popularization and promotion of high-power directional drilling equipment,it has become a new mode of gas control to use high position large-diameter drilling instead of high pumping roadways to control the gas in the upper corner of the mining area.However,there are problems such as low efficiency of ordinary high-level directional drilling(hole diameter≤120 mm)instead of roadways,poor hole formation rate,many construction drillings,and cumbersome process and increased work volume caused by multiple reaming.In order to further promote the transformation of production mode,improve the ability of disaster prevention and management,and shorten the disaster management cycle,the technological breakthroughs on the technology of once drilling of super-large-diameter directional high-level drilling were carried out,the construction of high-powerФ147 mm high-torque screw motors and ZYWL-26000DS large-diameter directional drilling equipment were supported,drilling parameters and trajectory parameters were monitored online,then they were analyzed and dynamically guided in real-time,drilling layers were optimized and calculated,gas extraction efficiency was compared and analyzed,drilling technology was optimized,and gas extraction channels were increased to improve gas extraction efficiency.By promoting and applying the advanced extraction mode of using super-large diameter high-level directional holes instead of roadways,and supporting the once drilling process technology,the one-time drilling diameter reached 200 mm,the drilling efficiency was greatly improved,with the maximum single-shift footage of 66 m and the average single-shift footage of more than 45 m,the rate of hole formation was increased by 40%,the construction period was reduced by 55%,and the comprehensive cost was reduced by 35%,and the concentration of gas extraction and the mixed volume of gas extraction were observed in three months,the average gas extraction concentration was more than 32%and the average standard extraction volume was 0.3 m^
