摘 要:煤炭作为我国主要能源之一,在生产过程中煤炭自燃制约着矿井的安全生产,防灭火技术的选择及应用尤为重要。近年来,迈步式埋管注氮工艺多应用于防治采空区自燃问题且防灭火效果显著。为减少遗煤自燃事故的发生,探究合理的注氮方案,以屯宝煤矿工作面为研究对象,利用Fluent模拟分析不同注氮位置下采空区氧气浓度场的分布情况,确定最佳注氮位置,同时得到了氮气扩散半径;另外讨论分析了不同注氮量对氮气扩散半径及防灭火效果的影响。研究表明,在一定注氮量下即工作面采空区所需注氮量648 m^(3)/h时,最佳注氮位置为进风侧注氮口至工作面最小距离29 m,此时氮气扩散半径为10.26 m;随着注氮位置逐渐向采空区内深入,氮气释放口的扩散半径逐渐增大;随着注氮流量的增加,氮气扩散半径呈接近线性对数式增加,说明随着氮气注入量的增加,对采空区内惰性环境的影响更为显著。Coal is one of the main energy sources in China,coal spontaneous combustion in the production process restricts the safety of mine production,the selection and application of fire prevention technology is particularly important.In recent years,the step-type nitrogen injection process has been applied to prevent and control spontaneous combustion in goaf,and the anti-fire effect is remarkable.In order to reduce the occurrence of spontaneous combustion accidents of residual coal and explore a reasonable nitrogen injection scheme,taking the working face of Tunbao Coal Mine as the research object,Fluent was used to simulate and analyze the distribution of oxygen concentration field in goaf under different nitrogen injection positions,the best nitrogen injection position was determined,and the nitrogen diffusion radius was obtained.In addition,the influence of different nitrogen injection amount on nitrogen diffusion radius and fire prevention effect was discussed and analyzed.The study shows that under a certain nitrogen injection rate,which is 648 m^(3)/h required for the goaf of the working face,the optimal nitrogen injection position is the minimum distance of 29 m between the nitrogen injection port on the inlet side and the working face,and the nitrogen diffusion radius is 10.26 m.The diffusion radius of the nitrogen release port gradually increases as the nitrogen injection position gradually goes deeper into the goaf.With the increase of the nitrogen injection flow rate,the nitrogen diffusion radius increases in a nearly linear logarithmic manner,indicating that with the increase of nitrogen injection amount,the influence on the inert environment in the goaf is more significant.
