摘 要:以凹凸棒石黏土为原料,采用盐酸和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)进行改性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和物理吸附仪(BET)对改性凹凸棒石的结构进行系统表征,并用于染料废水中亚甲基蓝和甲基橙的吸附。研究表明,2种改性凹凸棒石对染料的吸附过程均符合Langmuir吸附模型,酸改性凹凸棒石后比表面积显著增大,对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附量为53.76 mg/g;CTAB改性凹凸棒对甲基橙的最大吸附量为55.86 mg/g,且2种吸附过程都符合准二级动力学模型。Using attapulgite clay as raw material,hydrochloric acid and hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)were used for modification.the structures of the modified attapulgite were systematically characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET),and used for the adsorption of methylene blue and methyl orange in dye wastewater.The adsorption of methylene blue and methyl orange in dye wastewater was studied by modified attapulgite.The results showed that the adsorption processes of the two kinds of modified attapulgite conformed to the Langmuir adsorption model.The specific surface area of attapulgite modified with hydrochloric acid increased significantly,and the maximum adsorption capacity of methylene blue was 53.76 mg/g.The maximum adsorption capacity of methyl orange by attapulgite modified with CTAB was 55.86 mg/g,and the adsorption processe was consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic mode.
