摘  要:深层钻井过程中,钻井参数优选是影响钻井成本高低、钻井速度快慢、破岩能耗大小的重要因素,合理优选钻井参数是提高油气开采效率的关键。为了有效提高深层钻井效率,以机械钻速和机械比能为优化目标,钻压、转速和排量为优化参数,综合考虑机械能量、水力能量以及钻压能量损失对钻井效率的影响,建立了钻井参数综合优化模型,并通过遗传算法对模型智能求解。将模型应用于目标区域2口井的钻井参数优选,得到机械钻速最大、机械比能最低情况下钻压、转速以及排量的最优参数组合,分析评价了钻井参数优化前后目标井段机械钻速和机械比能的变化情况。研究表明,使用提出的钻井参数优化方法,目标井平均机械钻速分别提升了1.05倍和0.53倍,平均机械比能分别减小了13.11%和1.60%。该方法能够在钻井施工中对机械钻速和机械比能双目标协同优化,实时智能得到最优钻井参数组合推荐值,有效提高了钻井效率,有助于降低钻井成本。In the process of deep drilling,the optimization of drilling parameters is an important factor affecting the drilling cost,drilling speed and rock breaking energy consumption.Reasonable optimization of drilling parameters is the key to improve the efficiency of oil and gas production.In order to effectively improve the efficiency of deep drilling,a comprehensive optimization model for drilling parameters was established with mechanical drilling speed and mechanical specific energy as optimization objectives,and drilling pressure,rotational speed,and displacement as optimization parameters.The impact of mechanical energy,hydraulic energy,and drilling pressure energy loss on drilling efficiency was comprehensively considered,and a genetic algorithm was used to intelligently solve the model.The model was applied to the optimization of drilling parameters of two wells in the target area,and the optimal parameter combination of drilling pressure,rotational speed and displacement under the condition of maximum ROP and minimum ROP was obtained.The changes of ROP and ROP before and after the optimization were analyzed and evaluated.The results show that using the drilling parameter optimization method proposed,the average mechanical drilling speed of target well increased by 1.05 times and 0.53 times,respectively,and the average mechanical specific energy reduced by 13.11%and 1.60%,respectively.This method can optimize the dual objectives of the drilling rate and the mechanical specific energy in the drilling construction,and obtain the recommended value of the optimal drilling parameter combination in real-time intelligently,effectively improve the drilling efficiency and help reduce the drilling cost.
