摘 要:随着全球经济的发展和人口的增长,能源消耗增加导致温室气体排放日益加剧。粉煤灰作为我国最大的工业固废,大量露天堆放对生态环境造成严重影响。通过粉煤灰固碳技术,可以降低CO 2排放量,实现资源化利用。通过综合评估模型,分析了影响粉煤灰固碳效率的关键因素,将群组分析法和层次分析法(AHP)相结合确定了各因素的重要性排序。研究表明,反应温度是影响固碳效率的首要因素,权重达41.62%;其次为反应压力(26.18%)、反应时间(16.11%)、粉煤灰中氧化钙含量(9.86%)和固液比(6.24%)。适当提高反应温度和压力,延长反应时间,增加粉煤灰中CaO含量,有助于提高固碳效率。通过优化这些参数,可以为粉煤灰固碳工艺的设计和实施提供科学依据。With the development of the global economy and the growth of the population,energy consumption has increased,leading to a significant rise in greenhouse gas emissions.Fly ash,as the largest industrial solid waste in China,has a serious impact on the ecological environment due to its large open-pit storage.Utilizing fly ash carbon sequestration can reduce CO 2 emissions and achieve resource utilization.This study analyzed the key factors affecting the carbon sequestration efficiency of fly ash through a comprehensive evaluation model,integrating the group analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the importance ranking of each factor.The results indicate that reaction temperature is the primary factor affecting carbon sequestration efficiency,with a weight of 41.62%;followed by reaction pressure(26.18%),reaction time(16.11%),calcium oxide content in fly ash(9.86%),and solid-liquid ratio(6.24%).Appropriately increasing the reaction temperature and pressure,extending the reaction time,and increasing the CaO content in fly ash can improve carbon sequestration efficiency.Optimizing these parameters can provide a scientific basis for the design and implementation of fly ash carbon sequestration processes.
