摘 要:受不同环境和条件的影响,新能源发电管理中存在数据采集实时性差的问题。为此,提出基于SCADA技术的新能源发电集中运行监控平台设计方法。通过传感器网络构建新能源发电设备集中监控框架,对新能源发电厂内区域进行全面覆盖;采用SCADA技术设计发电数据采集与通信模块,将同类型运行数据统一传输到运行中心,实现正常数据的加密存储和管理。应用树形路由分配机制,按照汇聚节点与相关节点匹配模式,在不同的路由深度下确定设备路由节点所在地址,集中获取多通路条件下的发电运行数据。基于SCADA设计新能源发电集中运行监测数据库,根据数据对象的特征与属性关系,分析不同类型设备的发电运行状态,描述发电设备实时运行数据,有效提高了新能源发电中数据采集的实时性能。实验结果表明,设计的监控平台在10:00—10:30时间段监测到的F1设备的电压数据分别为120、140、160、180、200、240 V,与实际的电压数据一致,表明所研究平台的监测效果较好,能够在同时段内获取实时准确的发电数据。Due to the influence of different environments and conditions,there is a problem of poor real-time data collection in the management of new energy generation.Therefore,a design method for a centralized operation monitoring platform for new energy generation based on SCADA technology was proposed.A centralized monitoring framework for new energy power generation equipment using sensor networks was constructed,providing comprehensive coverage of the area within the new energy power plant;a power generation data acquisition and communication module were designed by using SCADA technology to uniformly transmit the same type of operating data to the operation center,achieving encrypted storage and management of normal data.A tree routing allocation mechanism was adopted,according to the matching pattern between aggregation nodes and related nodes,the address of device routing nodes at different routing depths was determined,and the power generation operation data under multipath conditions was centrally obtained.Based on SCADAD,a centralized operation monitoring database for new energy generation was designed,according to the characteristics and attribute relationship of data objects,the power generation operation status of different types of equipment was analyzed,the real-time operation data of power generation equipment was described,effectively improving the real-time performance of data collection in new energy generation.The experimental results showed that the voltage data of F1 equipment monitored by the designed monitoring platform during the time period from 10:00 to 10:30 were 120,140,160,180,200,and 240 V,which were consistent with the actual voltage data.This indicates that the monitoring effect of the research platform is good,and accurate power generation data can be obtained within the same period.
