摘 要:为防治不规则孤岛工作面巷道掘进期间因应力集中引起的围岩失稳,提高井下开采的安全性,以二井田煤矿E8104工作面为研究背景,采用FLAC 3D数值模拟软件对巷道围岩应力分布以及塑性区进行探究,并据此进行巷道围岩合理支护设计。研究结果表明,E8104工作面巷道两帮围岩应力集中程度较高,而且通过塑性区分析发现,巷道周围发生了剪切破坏,容易发生变形和失稳,需要对巷道进行合理支护设计;经过对不同支护参数支护效果进行模拟分析发现,锚杆长度采用2400 mm,锚杆间排距为800 mm×800 mm,锚杆角度按照10°布置,有利于维护巷道的稳定安全。研究可为其他相似地质条件矿井提供参考。To prevent the instability of surrounding rock caused by stress concentration during the excavation of irregular island working face and improve the safety of underground mining,taking the E8104 working face of Erjingtian Coal Mine as the research background,FLAC 3D numerical simulation software was used to explore the stress distribution and plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and based on this,the reasonable supporting design of the roadway surrounding rock was carried out.The research results indicate that the stress concentration of the surrounding rock on both sides of the E8104 working face roadway is relatively high.Through the analysis of the plastic zone,it was found that shear failure occurred around the roadway,which is prone to deformation and instability,thus requiring a rational supporting design for the roadway.After simulating and analyzing the supporting effects of different supporting parameters,it was found that using a bolt length of 2400 mm,a bolt spacing of 800 mm×800 mm,and a bolt angle of 10°is beneficial for maintaining the stability and safety of the roadway.The conclusion drawn can provide reference for other mines with similar geological conditions.
