摘 要:为了解决松软煤层预抽瓦斯时易塌孔、堵孔和难封孔等问题,采用实验室研究和现场试验相结合的方法,对玉溪矿钻孔塌孔原因及防塌技术进行研究。采用钻孔窥视仪器对塌孔规律进行分析,并采用岩石轴压试验系统对煤样抗压强度进行测试,分析玉溪矿钻孔塌孔原因。同时对一体化防塌孔装置关键装制进行研制和优化,并在玉溪矿1302工作面进行试验研究。通过对比钻孔瓦斯抽采现场试验结果表明,采用一体化防塌孔装置可以有效改善钻孔堵孔现象,提高钻孔封孔深度,显著提升钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和有效预抽时间,验证了一体化防塌孔技术的可行性。In order to solve the problems of collapse-prone hole,hole plugging and difficult hole sealing during gas pre-extraction in soft coal seam,the causes of drilling collapse and anti-collapse technology of Yuxi Mine were studied by combining laboratory research and field test.The law of drilling collapse was analyzed by using drilling observation instrument,and the compressive strength of coal sample was tested by rock axial compression test system,and the reason of drilling collapse in Yuxi Mine was analyzed.At the same time,the key assembly of the integrated anti-collapsing hole device was developed and optimized,and the test study was carried out in No.1302 working face of Yuxi Mine.By comparing the field test results of drilling gas extraction,it is shown that the integrated anti-collapsing device can effectively improve the phenomenon of drilling plugging,increase the sealing depth of drilling,significantly improve the concentration of drilling gas extraction and effective pre-extraction time,and verify the feasibility of the integrated anti-collapsing technology.
