煤矿综采工作面设备快速回撤技术研究

摘　　要：煤矿综采工作面环境普遍具有高温、高湿、高尘等特点,这对在煤矿综采工作面快速设备回撤过程中设备和人员之间的安全提出了更高的要求,为此研究煤矿综采工作面快速设备回撤技术。采用灌/喷浆加固终采线两端、使用高强度聚酯纤维网片防止漏矸以及对撤回通道进行高强度支护。在确保撤回通道安全后,使用同步作业方式进行采矿机器的拆卸和回撤,通过两头同步的方式将液压支架和垛式支架拆卸,并在拆除时形成新的掩护支架,进一步确保支架回撤的安全。实验结果表明,该方法应用下的煤矿综采工作面下沉程度极其微小,撤回通道相对完整。仅需10 d便完成了煤矿综采工作面快速设备回撤工作,为煤矿企业节省了约600万元的设备回撤投入,具有实际应用价值。The environment of coal mine fully-mechanized mining face has characteristics such as high temperature,high humidity,and high dust,which puts higher requirements on the safety between equipment and personnel during the rapid equipment withdrawal process in coal mine fully-mechanized mining face.Therefore,the rapid equipment withdrawal technology in coal mine fully-mechanized mining face was studied.Both ends of the final mining line was reinforced by using grouting/spraying,the gangue leakage was prevented by using high-strength polyester fiber mesh,and high-strength supporting for the withdrawal channel was provided.After ensuring the safety of the withdrawal channel,synchronous operation mode was used for dismantling and withdrawal of the mining machine.The hydraulic support and stacker support were dismantled synchronously at both ends,and a new cover support was formed during the dismantling to further ensure the safety of the support withdrawal.The experimental results show that the degree of subsidence in the fully-mechanized mining face under the application of this method is extremely small,and the withdrawal channel is relatively complete.It only took 10 days to complete the rapid equipment withdrawal work of the coal mine fully-mechanized mining face,saving coal mining enterprises about 6 million yuan in equipment withdrawal investment,which has practical application value.
