摘 要:针对煤与瓦斯突出矿井煤层瓦斯治理周期长和成本高等特点,为准确确定卸压带范围,实现煤层卸压带内的快速掘进,以鹤煤三矿41采区为例,采用数值模拟和现场实测等手段,根据采掘扰动支承压力分布、瓦斯卸压排放理论,综合分析确定了41采区二_(1)煤层瓦斯卸压排放带宽度(有效保护范围),并通过在4103回风巷(里段)掘进工作面现场应用表明,瓦斯涌出初速度、钻屑量和钻屑瓦斯解吸指标均小于临界值,月单进平均在100 m,实现在单一突出煤层卸压带的安全快速掘进,产生了显著的经济效益。In view of the characteristics of long period and high cost of coal seam gas treatment in coal and gas outburst mine,in order to accurately determine the range of pressure relief zone and realize rapid driving in coal seam pressure relief zone,taking the No.41 mining area of No.3 Mine in Hebi Coal Mine as an example,numerical simulation and field measurement methods were used to comprehensively analyze and determine the width(effective protection range)of the gas pressure relief zone in the Ⅱ_(1) coal seam of No.41 mining area based on the distribution of mining disturbance supporting pressure and gas pressure relief theory.The application on the No.4103 return airway(inner section)driving working face showed that the initial gas emission velocity,drilling debris volume,and drilling debris gas desorption indicators were all less than the critical values,with an average monthly advance of 100 meters,achieving safe and rapid driving in a single outburst coal seam pressure relief zone.It has produced remarkable economic benefits.
