摘　　要：文章借鉴多维贫困领域的AF指数方法,计算2016—2021年各省农业发展质量指数、质量深度与高质发生率,并从指标和地区两个维度进行贡献率分解。使用典型相关分析对农业高质量评估体系中的维度—维度、指标—指标间关系进行衡量。研究表明:大多数省份的农业高质指标数量偏少,各地农业高质量发展在基础设施建设、要素投入、技术进步、农村居民生活等方面存在短板;各维度的贡献率排序为“可持续发展>社会保障>投入产出>基础设施”,说明依托科技进步的可持续发展是实现高质量发展的关键;粮食主产区的农业发展质量明显低于非主产区,存在产量与效益之间的倒挂,要积极在农民增收、农业污染治理等方面实现提质增效;文章证实了农业高质量评估体系中各维度之间、各指标间存在显著关系,可为农业经济、社会的预测提供基本思路。In this article,we borrow the AF index method from the field of multidimensional poverty,calculate the agricultural development quality index,quality depth and quality incidence of each province from 2016 to 2021,and decompose the contribution rate from the two dimensions of indicators and regions.relationship between dimensions and indicators in the agricultural high-quality evaluation system is measured by canonical correlation analysis.The results show that:the number of agricultural high-quality in most provinces is small,which highlights the shortcomings of agricultural high-quality development in various places in terms of infrastructure construction,factor input,technological progress,and rural residents life;the contribution rate order of each dimension is"sustainable development>social security>input and output>infrastructure",which shows that sustainable development relying on technological progress is the key to achieving high-quality development;the quality of agricultural development in the main grain-producing areas is significantly Lower than that in the non-main grain-producing areas,and there is an inversion between yield and benefit,and we should actively achieve quality improvement and efficiency increase in increasing farmers'income and treating agricultural pollution;there is a significant relationship between each dimension and each indicator in the agricultural high-quality evaluation system,which can provide basic ideas for the prediction of agricultural economy and society.
